Overview
The Chicago Pneumatic CP 0066 Pneumatic Scabbler/Scaler.
This tool is used to clean and roughen concrete and construction joints. Additionally it can be used to create ornamental surface textures on concrete and natural stone.
This is a hand held tool and is not intended for large surface areas. Three carbide tipped pistons operate simultaneously to rough the surface.
The Pistons are replaceable.
