115 Series Rock Drill
Overview
APT 115 is a 19lb, “D” Handle, Left Rotation Rock Drill.
The 115 at 19lbs is a Small Scale Rock Drill. It is designed for Drilling Small Diameter Holes in Solid Concrete and Natural Stone.
This is Left Rotation Drill with a 7/8” x 3-1/4” Hex Chuck. Latch Retainer.
(Works Best with 1piece Bits, 1/2”Dia to 1-3/4”Dia). Practically 1-3/8”Dia should be considered Maximum.
This Rock Drill is commonly used for Ramp and Bridge Work, Underwater Drilling, Industrial Maintenance Work, Machine Anchor Bolts and more. It Does have a “Stop Rotation” feature to allow the use of Points and Chisels, however it is Not designed for continuous periods of Chipping.
This Drill Does Not replace a dedicated Chipping Hammer.
